How to Get Unmuted in Websterscape

If you are using the Websterscape private server to play the "Runescape" role-playing game, you are subject to getting banned or muted for violation of Runescape̵7;s terms. In order to play the game again, you must get unmuted. Appeal your offense for which you were muted and give a valid reason, such as a customer support error, to begin playing Runescape again.

  Double-click the Websterscape Client icon from your desktop.

  Log in to your Runescape account.

  Click ̶0;Appeal an Offense/Ban̶1; link on the Runescape Home page. A list of your offenses appears.

  Click ̶0;Appeal̶1; next to the offense you want to appeal.

  Click ̶0;Customer Support has made a mistake̶1; option for the reason of your appeal.

  Click ̶0;Submit.̶1; A Runescape administrator will notify you via email whether your account has been unmuted and reinstated. It can take up to 48 hours to receive a response.
