How to Build a Boutique in the Tycoon Game

"Shopping Street" is a business simulation on "Tycoon Games." Players start the game by purchasing a block of commercial property, and then they make money by constructing stores such as jewelers and restaurants. Boutiques are the cheapest stores to build, and the player will rely upon them heavily early in the game. Players start the game with just enough money to purchase a single boutique. As they gain revenue, they can either upgrade it or purchase new stores.

Instructions

  Push the "Boutique" button in the lower left corner. A row of grey buildings appears along the street. These are the locations where you can construct your boutique.

  Click on one of the grey buildings. A construction crew will appear and make your building. As customers walk by, they'll enter your store and purchase clothes. You'll slowly earn your money back.
- 3
  Build more boutiques as you gain the necessary capital. The cost of the first boutique is $2,500. That price doubles with each additional boutique.
