Purchase packs of NFL players from the in-game store. New players begin with a starting lineup of rookie-level player cards and gain additional cards through the purchase of players with either in-game currency or real-world money transactions. In-game currency accrues with participation in matches with other players.
Fill any empty open slots on your team. Empty slots offer zero practice points, while even the lowest ranked cards offer at least some benefit to the team. Some matches may not appear for players with incomplete teams.
Replace members of your team with higher-ranked cards. Select a player to view their position on the team and compare their practice points with others in the collection. Elite and Limited Edition cards provide a far greater boost to practice points than normal rookie cards.
Practice for additional points. The practice option allows a coach to increase the practice points of their players. These additional points disappear if the team fails to practice regularly.
Play in matches against other players to earn credit toward greater reward packs. The higher-end packs of NFL players have a greater chance of netting Elite or Limited Edition cards, but come at a much greater cost.
