How to Get Stardoll Is My Game Widget for a Blog

If you want to show off your Stardoll to the world, the Stardoll site has a built-in widget that you can add to your blog or website. The widget will show the most recent version of your Stardoll, along with the text "[your name] is my name, Stardoll is my game." Though adding this widget to your site doesn't take much more than a copy-and-paste procedure, you need to know how to add HTML code to your blog.

  Log in to your Stardoll account. Scroll down your main account info page until you see a box of HTML code that reads "Place Your Doll on Other Sites." Highlight all of the text within the box and copy it.

  Log in to your blog. Find the option that will allow you to add an HTML widget or element to your site's template. This option will vary depending on the blogging service you are using. For example, if you are using WordPress, the option you are looking for is the Text widget within the Widgets section. If you are using Blogger, you will want to add a HTML/JavaScript element within Add Page Element. If you are unsure where to add your code, go to your blogging service's support site and search for "HTML widget." Your widget may be added directly to your blog's sidebar, or you may have some ability to specify its location, again depending on your blogging service and the blog theme you are using.

  Paste the code into the appropriate HTML widget field on your blog. Save your changes and load your blog within a new browser tab. Your Stardoll widget should now be displayed on your blog.
