How to Get a Pancake Hat on Build-a-Bear

On the Build-a-Bear online game, Bearville, you can create an online persona, decorated to fit your tastes. During International Pancake Day, UK residents who play the game were offered a free pancake hat to share with their online character. The only way you can receive this to celebrate the holiday is to live in the UK and when you receive the Bearville email alerts. At any time, you can begin or stop these email alerts for Bearville.

     Log into your Bearville account with your username and password.

     Click "Settings" from the "Options" menu. Click "Email Alerts" from the menu.

     Check your email throughout February. Any UK Bearville members will receive a code to redeem in the store for a pancake hat for the build-a-bear character.

     Click the link in the email and enter the code. Your hat will then appear in your gift box.
