Unlocking
To unlock the "Ninja" class, talk to Thyton, leader of the Shadow of the Wind Clan in the Shadow of the Wind Village. Give him a copy of the ̶0;Itchy Itchy Paradise̶1; book, which you can buy at either Ayane's Masks or Jubei's Shop for 3,500 gold. Upon receipt of the book, Thyton will give you the armor.
Statistics
̶0;Dragonfable̶1; Ninja Armor has melee, ranged and magic defense ratings of 5 and parry, dodge and block ratings of zero. It has a critical rating of 10, bonus of 1 and damage of 5 to 12. This armor is connected to the darkness element and appears as dark gray cloth armor on male characters and as a long-sleeved mini-dress on female characters.
Powers
In addition to its protective stats, this armor also comes with several powers. These include Fade, which provides +80 dodge for two turns; Doku, which poisons enemies for 10 turns; Retsu, which provides a three-round stun; and Metsubishi, which gives enemies a -30 bonus for five turns. This armor also provides a multi-attack; the Last Resort power, which increases defense at the cost of hit points; a guaranteed critical hit ability, a multiple hit spin attack; and the Qi ability, which provides a -20 modifier to enemies for 5 rounds. At higher levels, the Ninja Armor can provide a wide range of advanced modifiers and attacks.
Training
The Ninja Armor does not initially come with all its powers. You must level it up in order to unlock them. Do this by finishing the quests Thyton gives you. The quests reward you with Wind Scrolls. When you bring them back to Thyton, he allows you to work on your skill with the armor. Each Wind Scroll allows you to train another set of powers.
