How to Charge Pure Essence on RuneScape

"RuneScape" is an online fantasy role-playing game that allows players to level a character, fight against enemies, train in professions and complete quests. Pure Essence is an item that can be turned into runes of different elements, such as air, fire, water, earth or blood. The player can take Pure Essence to a rune altar to charge it, transforming the essence into a different style of rune. After charging the essence, the created runes can be used by players to cast various types of spells.

Instructions

  Speak with Duke Horacio in Lumbridge Castle to begin the quest to learn the Runecrafting profession. He will ask you to take the Air Talisman to the Head Wizard in the Wizard's Tower.

  Travel southwest out of Lumbridge Castle towards the Wizard's Tower. Once there, head down to the basement to speak with the Head Wizard, Sedridor. Give the Air Talisman to Sediridor and he will give you notes to take to Aubury in Varrock.

  Travel to the Rune Shop in Varrock to give the notes to Aubury. He will give you information to take back to Sedridor. When you return to Sedridor, you will learn how to craft your own runes.

  Mine Pure Essence from an Essence Mine. You will need a mining level of 30 and must be a member to mine Pure Essence.

  Travel to a Rune Altar and click on the altar to open the creation dialogue. Click "Create" and the Pure Essence in your inventory will be charged and create a rune. The type of rune created is determined by which Rune Altar you are using.
