  Go to the Plaza. Look at the marquee above the Stage, the center building. If ̶0;Underwater Adventure̶1; is written on the marquee, it is possible to get the mermaid tail. There is no way to obtain any part of the mermaid outfit if another play is currently being shown.

  Enter the Stage through the doors.

  Click on the red trunk on the right side of the screen. This trunk opens the ̶0;Costume Trunk̶1; magazine, which allows you to purchase costume items related to whatever play is being shown.

  Click the ̶0;Buy̶1; button next to the Merpenguin Fin. It costs 500 coins to purchase this costume piece.
