How to Get Into Vigid Roughland

Vigrid Roughland is an area in Grizzleheim, one of the virtual worlds of the online game "Wizard101." The land of Grizzleheim features snowy mountains, norse-themed architecture and Viking bears. Players can only get into the Vigrid Roughland zone after a certain point in the game if they have a subscriber account for "Wizard101," which includes unlimited access to all zones. Otherwise, KingsIsle Entertainment created a pay-as-you-go system that unlocks individual areas as you level up, starting at $1, or 500 crowns.

     Complete quests and kill monsters until your character reaches level 25.

   • 2

     Travel to Northguard, the access point for all the areas of Grizzleheim, and find Bjorn Ironclaws. He is standing in front of the main entrance to the fort.

   • 3

     Talk to Bjorn to complete the quest "Immigrant Song." Accept the quest "Lending a Paw"; then walk west on the path to Vigrid Roughland.

     Find Egil Axebearer in Vigrid Roughland and talk to him to complete "Lending a Paw." He is to the right of the path just after you enter the region.
