  Click the "Medicinal Soap" icon. A confirmation pop-up appears after you click the item.

  Select "OK." After you click "OK," the website redirects you to a barter page.

  Enter the amount of Neopoints you wish to offer the shopkeeper. Click the icon of the Neopet in the box to submit your offer. If the shopkeeper accepts the offer, the item is purchased for the specified Neopoints. If not, enter another offer. Continue offering Neopoints until he accepts your offer.
