How to Get to Byalan Island

Part of the role-playing game "Ragnarok Online," Byalan is a skull-shaped island off the coast of Izude. "Ragnarok Online" gameplay involves fighting monsters, leveling characters, battling other players and completing quests. Characters evolve via leveling and through a job class system. Upon completing base level nine, players can choose to upgrade their job class from Novice to a First Class job; one of these First Class jobs is the Merchant Class, which is obtained with the completion of the Merchant Job Quest. The last phase of this quest requires players travel to Byalan Island and deliver a package.

     Travel to Prontera, the capitol city of Rune Midgard. The kingdom of Rune Midgard is the starting area for all new characters.

     Walk southeast from Prontera until you reach Izlude. Alternatively, find a Kafra employee in Prontera to use the teleport service. Teleporting to Izlude costs 600 zeny, the "Ragnorok Online" currency.

     Enter the town and continue southeast, past a tool shop and down a flight of stairs. Look for the Sailor (coordinates 198, 181) standing in front of a ship.

     Speak to the Sailor to bring up passage options. Click Byalan Island and pay the 150 zeny fee.
