How to Make a Skull Go Away in RuneScape

"RuneScape" is an online role-playing game where the player creates a character to level, defeat enemies and complete quests. Players who attack others in the wilderness or go into the Abyss will receive a skull icon above their characters' heads. This icon indicates that upon dying, the character will lose all of the items he carries, rather than being able to keep his three most valuable items.

Instructions

  Leave the zone in which you received a skull icon. Avoid fighting with any other players on your way out, or else you will reset the duration of the skull.
- 2
  Wait 20 minutes without fighting other players. The skull icon will disappear after this time. You will see how much longer you need to wait underneath the icon when you leave the original area.
- 3
  Take off all of your armor and weapons and store them off your character. Find a non-player character, or NPC, to kill you. This will remove the skull icon and you will not lose any items.
