How to Kill Captain Crawfish with Streaming Fury on Poptropica

Developed by Family Education Network, "Poptropica" is an online gaming environment where young children can travel through worlds, play games and compete with other kids their own age. One of the worlds they can play is "Skullduggery Island." Here they fight against pirates, including the dreaded "Captain Crawfish." Players can defeat him using the most powerful warship called "The Warbird." However, some players would prefer to use the cheaper "Streaming Fury" to defeat him. Normally, the captain will regenerate his health just before you beat him with this ship. However, there is a chance to defeat him using the reefs to the right of the island.

Instructions

- 1
  Select the "Streaming Fury" just before you begin the battle. Pay for it using your game money and begin the battle.

  Circle around "Captain Crawfish" to avoid his cannons. The "Streaming Fury" is a bit faster than his ship so you should be able to avoid his fire.

  Shoot at him with five cannon bursts at a time. These reload slower, but hurt him more severely as his health will slowly regenerate as you play.
- 4
  Lead the captain to the right as you play. Get as near the reefs as possible while you circle him. Continue to shoot at him while you move to the right.
- 5
  Circle around to the left of him just as he is nearly bereft of energy. Shoot the cannons at his ship to knock him into the reef. The reef will damage his ship just before he can re-energize.
