Games: When & How Do You Use the Drill Tool in Amateur Surgeon?

"Amateur Surgeon" challenges the player to operate on hapless, injured hillbillies. The player is equipped with household goods such as a blowtorch and scissors, making the surgery a grisly affair. In the "Christmas Edition," players operate on elves and reindeer instead. The player gets a whole new set of tools to work with, including the drill. Using the drill as a substitute for a needle, the player can inject his patients with pixie dust to help combat infections.

     Click on the drill when you see a green miasma forming underneath your patient's skin. This is your cue that the patient is infected and needs an injection.

     Push the pixie dust button to combine the drill and pixie dust together.

     Inject the pixie dust into the infected area. A small circle appears with a red square inside of it. Hold down your left mouse button and follow the red square.

     Release the left mouse button once you've made a complete circuit around the circle.
