How to Get a Better Fishing Pole in Toontown

"Toontown" is a virtual world for children and young adults. Players complete quests, fish, farm and engage in other activities. When you begin the game, you are given the Twig Rod. The Twig Rod is the weakest of the five available fishing poles, and it is only good for catching small fish. If you want to catch larger fish, you must acquire one of the other fishing rods for your character.

  Travel to your home in "Toontown."

  Go to the telephone and select "Clarabelle's Cattlelog."

  Select the "Fishing" category from the phone menu. Purchase the Bamboo Rod for 400 jellybeans and two jellybeans per cast. The Bamboo Rod catches eight-pound fish.

  Purchase the remaining three rods if you have the required number of jellybeans. The Wood Rod costs 800 jellybeans and catches up to 12-pound fish; the Steel Rod costs 1,200 jellybeans and catches up to 16-pound fish, and the Gold Rod costs 2,000 jellybeans and catches 20-pound fish.
