Instructions
Click "Start" and "Computer."
Double-click the drive letter for your primary system drive. Your system drive contains your operating system, and it is typically listed as your C drive.
Double-click "Users." Double-click the folder with your user name.
Double-click "Appdata." The Appdata folder is a hidden system folder, so you may not be able to see it without the proper settings. Click "Tools" and "Folder Options" if you cannot see this folder. Click "View." Click "Show Hidden Files and Folders." Click "Apply" and "OK." Double-click "Roaming."
Double-click ".minecraft." Look for the folder labeled "texturepacks." Right-click an empty space in your .minecraft folder if the texturepacks folder is not present. Click "New" and "Folder." Name the folder "texturepacks."
