How to Clear a Banlist From DotA

"Banlist" is an application designed to streamline your online experience in the "Warcraft 3" modification "Defense of the Ancients." It runs alongside "Warcraft 3" while you play, allowing you to enter players in your own personal ban list so that you no longer have to play matches with them. However, sometimes you may want to clear the ban list if, for example, you haven't played in a long time. The Banlist application allows you to add or remove players as you wish.

Instructions

  Launch "Banlist." You can start "Banlist" whether you are running "Warcraft 3" or not. If you are running "Warcraft 3," minimize the game by holding down the "Windows" key, which has the Microsoft Windows logo on it, and then pressing the "D" key.

  Click on the "Local Database" tab located near the top of the Banlist program. The window displays a list of all the players you banned, any comments you provided and the date on which you banned them.

  Click the name of the player you wish to clear from your banlist. Select multiple players by holding the down "Ctrl" key and clicking on the names of all those you want cleared from the list. You must select all the names manually if you want to clear the entire list.

  Click "Unban selected" located in the left-hand menu. This clears all of the players you selected from the list.
