How to Get a Dual Blade Permanent Shoulder Pad

In "MapleStory," players can choose which class of character they want to play as, and they can cultivate their skills and abilities as they complete quests and missions. One of the classes a player can become is the Dual Blade. Some of the items that Dual Blades can obtain, such as shoulder pads, are exclusive to that class. Your Dual Blade can wear his shoulder pads permanently after you have obtained them by completing quests and gaining experience.

  Complete missions and quests with your Dual Blade character to gain more experience, level up and improve his stats. A Dual Blade's main stats are LUK and DEX; if they are high enough, your character will be able to wear shoulder pads permanently once you obtain them. You can acquire a variety of shoulder pads by trading for them or winning them. For example, you can get the Tiger Claw shoulder pads by taking a picture of the tiger in the Tiger Event.
