How to Wear Club Penguin Member's Clothes & Keep Them

Becoming a Member

  Go to the "Club Penguin" website and click the "Membership" link on the top-left of the page.

  Click the "Buy a Membership" button under the "Purchase a Membership" tab.

  Create a penguin name and password.

  Enter your credit card information, agree to the terms of service and click "Continue." Review your information and then click "Submit." Your membership should be activated instantaneously if you used a credit card. If you payed by PayPal, membership activation may take a full day. If you paid by mail, activation may take up to four weeks. When your membership is active, you're ready to wear and keep member's clothes.

Buying and Wearing Clothes

  Log in to your "Club Penguin" account. Visit either the the Gift Shop, the Sport Shop or the Stage.

  Click the little magazine icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to browse a catalog. If you see an item you like, click it. A pop-up window will appear, asking if you'd like to purchase the item. Click "Yes" to buy it and add it to your inventory. The item is now yours to keep.

  Click your penguin to open up your player card.

  Click one of the arrows located on the right-hand side of the player card to reveal the items that you've purchased. This is your inventory.

  Click an item in your inventory to put it on your penguin. If you want your penguin to quit wearing something, click the item that's already on your penguin, and it will be returned to your inventory.
