How to Get the Bell to Work on Poptropica

"Big Nate Island" is one of many adventure games on the "Poptropica" game site. It follows the story of a Poptropican student as he butts heads with his school's staff and faculty. One of the final puzzles the player has to solve is how to ring the school bell. Although the player can reach it at any time by jumping on the school's roof, he needs to get the bell's clapper. Once he rings the bell, some students will move to new locations, granting him access to previously unreachable areas.

Instructions

  Enter the school building and climb to the second floor. You'll find the lockers a little to the left. Look for the locker with a mess of papers around it.

  Click on the messy locker and enter the code "9305." The locker swings open and a bunch of objects fall out. Click on the mess and you'll receive the school blueprints.

  Open your inventory and examine the blueprints. You'll discover a secret room.

  Enter the detention room and then click on the filing cabinet. It moves away to reveal the entrance to the secret room. Go inside.

  Click on the power switch to get the lights on. You'll see the bell clapper hanging overhead. Touch it to grab it.

  Exit the school and then jump on top of it. Open your inventory, select the bell clapper and use it on the bell. The bell will ring, and students will shuffle around.
