Download Minecraft Cheat Engine from a freeware download site. Once downloaded, save the file to your desktop and double-click on the CheatEngine.exe file. Follow the on-screen installation instructions. An icon will appear on your desktop once the installation is complete.
Open "Minecraft" and log in with your username and password.
Press the "Ctrl" and "Esc" keys in quick succession to minimize "Minecraft." You will be taken to your desktop while the game runs in the background. Double-click on the Cheat Engine icon to open the program.
Click on the small computer-shaped icon at the top left corner of the Cheat Engine screen. A pop-up menu labeled "Process List" will open, listing a variety of processes. Select "javaw.exe" and click "Open." The list will close automatically. In the value box at the top right of the screen, type "20" and press the "First Scan" button.
Click on the "Minecraft" application running in the menu bar at the bottom of your desktop. Ensure that you are at full health in the game, represented by a group of red hearts. Take damage once to drain a single heart of health and minimize "Minecraft" again.
Type "18" into the Cheat Engine "Value" box and press the "Next Scan" button.
Open "Minecraft" and take damage once more so that you have two empty heart symbols. Minimize the game.
Change the value again. This time, select the "Value" section near the bottom of the screen. Its current number, 18, is listed below a horizontal menu. Change the value to "20." Put a check mark in the box labeled "Frozen," located on the left of the horizontal menu.
Open "Minecraft" and take some more damage. Your hearts will no longer be empty, indicating that you activated God mode. You will now experience infinite harm without dying.
