̶0;Entropia̶1; is an online multiplayer game that focuses on space exploration, trading and combat. Players can buy chips to help boost their skills and improve in the game. Buying these chips is called ̶0;chipping in̶1; and is a vital process in the game. However, players can also get rid of these chips to make extra money. This is called ̶0;chipping out̶1; and can give you a boost in cash at the cost of losing some of your skills. Understanding how to chip out can help you understand when to do it and why you need the skill.

  Go to the ̶0;JDegre.net̶1; site and click on the ̶0;Chip In̶1; drop-down menu to open it. Select ̶0;Chip Out̶1; from the menu. Fill in the rest of the screen using the drop-down menus, choosing your ̶0;Profession,̶1; the number of chips you want to chip out, your current level and the skill you̵7;re chipping.

  Click ̶0;OK̶1; to see how much you̵7;ll get from chipping out. Decide if chipping out is what you need to do at this time based on this information. For example, you may want to chip out a certain skill in order to "chip in" to another skill.

  Begin playing ̶0;Entropia̶1; from the ̶0;Entropia Universe̶1; website. Navigate to the ̶0;Item Shop̶1; and buy the ̶0;Empty Skull Implant (L)̶1; -- otherwise known as an ESI. This is necessary for you to chip out.

  Go to the ̶0;Chip Shop̶1; game menu and select ̶0;Chip Out.̶1; Select the skill you want to chip out and the number of chips you are selling. Use the drop-down menu and arrow keys to select the skill and chip number, respectively.

  Click on ̶0;Chip Out̶1; to sell the chips. The ESI will get worn each time you chip out. Replace it when it breaks down.
