      Go to Stormreach and complete quests for the Free Agents faction in this city. You have access to 40 quests for this faction in total, with 17 available for free-to-play subscribers.

      Raise your Free Agents faction to at least 75.

    • 3

      Go down to the Stormreach Harbor. Talk to the hafling vendor to purchase Crude Vials and other trapmaking and rogue items.
