How to Become a Mechanic for the Resistance in MapleStory: Big Bang

The Mechanic is a character class in the Resistance storyline of the online role playing adventure game "MapleStory." Every player starts out the Resistance story as a Citizen character in the mining town of Edelstein, which is oppressed by the evil Black Mage. At level 10 the player can choose to become a Battle Mage, a Wild Hunter or a Mechanic. Mechanics are ordinary citizens who ride inside mechanical robot suits equipped with heavy weapons and armor.

Instructions

  Start a new game of "MapleStory" and choose Resistance for your base character class. You will start the game as a Citizen class character in the town of Edelstein.

  Complete the initial simple hide-and-seek quest to unlock the first cut-scene explaining the game's backstory and the Resistance.

  Build your character up to Level 10 by gaining experience points from battles and quests.

  Speak to Headmaster Ferdi in the Black Wing Territory area of Edelstein, and he will direct you to the Resistance HQ.
- 5
  Speak to Checky, the Mechanic Instructor at the Resistance HQ, to choose Mechanic as your first job class.
