How Do I Add the Birdseed to the Watchtower in RuneScape?

In the members-only Biohazard quest of "RuneScape," you'll need to distract some guards to gain entry to a particular location. You do this by setting a cageful of pigeons loose nearby. To make the pigeons leave the cage, you'll need to tempt them out with some bird feed, which you'll find on the fence around a nearby watchtower. To begin the Biohazard quest, you must have completed the Plague City quest.

Instructions

  Go to East Ardougne. Find Elena in her house and talk to her to get the quest.

  Locate Jerico in a house north of the church in Ardougne and south of the northernmost bank. Talk to Jerico. He'll tell you to go and find another nonplayer character called Omart. Look for bird feed in a nearby cupboard and search in the backyard for a pigeon cage before you leave the house.

  Go southwest from Jerico's house to find Omart. He's near the southeast corner of the wall around West Ardougne. Speak to Omart. He will tell you to speak to Jerico; skip his instruction, as you already have the bird feed and the cage.

  Go to the watchtower directly north of Omart's location. Notice the spiked fence around the base of it. Stand by the corner of this fence and investigate it. In your inventory, select the bird feed, and then select the "Use" option. Use the bird feed on the corner of the watchtower fence.

  Open the bird cage. The pigeons will fly out and start eating the bird feed. The guards will be distracted by the birds. Go and speak to Omart again. He will help you get over the wall into West Ardougne to complete the rest of your quest.
