Enter an official contest as posted on the Meez community forums. At the time of publication this is the only way to have a shirt added to the game. There are weekly contests on the official site.
Log in to Meez and click on the "Community" tab. Go to "Forums." Under the "Meez Madness" section select "Official Contests." Enter one of the design contests held there. Winners can receive Meez Coinz or VIP membership and have their designs sent to five of their friends.
Download the Meez t-shirt template. Typically, contests are found in the forum under "Design Contest: ... T-Shirts." Click on the thread, right click on the template link and save it to the computer.
Open a photo imaging program, such as PhotoShop or the free program GIMP. Microsoft Paint is another option. Open the template in the program of your choice.
Create a design between the dotted lines on the template. Use the entire area of the template because any gray lines which appear on the template will appear on the design. Remember that the default color of the template is gray, so for any other color, paint the entire area.
Finish your design. The shirt will only be added if it is chosen as the contest winner so it's important to be creative and stylish. Designs must be completely original, so don't use any logos or copyrighted images. The designs don't have to be complicated, but they should be different than what has already been done. Add texture and details to the design. Real t-shirts have stitching, pockets and wrinkles. Make the shirt look real to help it win the contest. Save the design.
Submit the shirt before the contest ends. Set up or log into a photo hosting account (Photobucket and Imageshack are free options) and place the design there. Post a link on the forum thread before the deadline for the contest.
Win the contest. Upon winning, the custom shirt can be worn on Meez.
