To earn the coins needed for all these items, you have to visit friends, compete in races at the stadium and perform other activities around town. Visit often to keep your pet happy -- it needs to be regularly fed, bathed and played with.

If you prefer the low maintenance option of fish to furrier creatures, Happy Aquarium is the Facebook app for you. This game lets you build and decorate your own aquarium and fill it with a variety of colorful fish. Though simplistic in nature, this app still requires regular activity to keep things running smoothly. Fish need plenty of food and a clean environment to thrive.
