How to Get Nato in ModNation

Published by Sony, "ModNation Racers" is a racing kart game developed by United Front Games available to play on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable. The game requires you to work your way through a range of different challenges against computer racers. In order to get past Nato, you must beat him around the track and finish in first place. There are two shortcuts you can use to get past Nato.

Instructions

  Play through the game until you reach the race against Nato.

  Head forward and jump over the first game. Carry out as many turns as you can to increase your airtime.

  Drift right around the first bend. Drift on the outside of the pack of racers. This will allow you to get past a number of the racers so that you are close to the front while still getting drifting points.

  Head around the second bend and try to drift on the inside. This will allow you to maintain your position in the race and pressure those in front. Race over as many of the green squares as you can. This will give you a speed boost helping you to go faster.

  Aim to pick up any red bombs you come across when traveling around the track. Fire them at Nato if he comes close to you. This will slow down his speed and ensure he stays behind you.

  Repeat this process around the track three times to finish in first place ahead of Nato.
