Purchase Codes
Visit the Wild Tangent website and locate the game "Crystal Maze." There are four purchasing options available to meet your needs. If you want to purchase the game only, it is $19.99 as of 2011. If you join the Wild Club, you receive 50 wild coins each month for a set number of months. Use these coins to buy purchase codes for "Crystal Maze."
Lost Codes
If you bought the full game "Crystal Maze" but lost your unlock code, navigate to the "Crystal Maze" home page. Sign in to your account with your email address and password. Use the same email and password with which you purchased the game. Go to "View my Account" and click on the "View Purchase History" and "Licenses" links. Obtain your code from this link.
Invalid Codes
If you purchased "Crystal Maze" but are getting an error saying your code is invalid, contact Wild Tangent customer support. You can use your unlock code on two different computers but they must be computers in your control and not public computers. If you changed computers and are unable to log in to your game, contact the support team with a brief explanation of your situation. Customer Support is authorized to give you a new code or help with a previous code.
Unlocking the Game
Start your game and look at the launch page to use your unlock code. Locate the "Unlock Code" link located on the lower right side of the game launch page. Click on the link and enter your unlock code. If needed, add the dashes in your unlock code. Once you enter the unlock code, click on the button "Unlock Game." You can also copy and paste your code into the provided box. If you purchased the full game, you have unlimited access for life.
