How to Make a Chain in Zuma

Assess the board before you take a shot. Look for groups of two or more balls of the same color and take note of their position on the track. Assessing the board in this way will prevent you wasting shots and will increase your chances of creating a chain.

Note the next ball you will receive. Look at the colored dot on the back of the frog to view what ball color you will be given next. Doing so will allow you to plan ahead and give you a better chance of creating multiple chains in a row.

Line up your first shot. Align the ball you are about to fire so it will land next to or between two or more balls of the same color. Certain bonus items will give you a precision target to make aiming your ball much easier.

Left-click to fire the ball. Once you have fired the ball if it creates a group of three or more balls of the same color you will see an explosion to let you know that you have created a chain.

Repeat the process of picking your shot and firing the ball to create multiple chains in a row. The more chains you create in a row the more bonus points you will receive. After five consecutive explosions you will earn a bonus of 100 points with each additional explosion earning you 10 more points than the previous chain.
