How to Get Anvils in Ragnarok

Anvils are items in the massively multi-player online role-playing game "Ragnarok Online." They are used by Blacksmiths to forge weapons. The higher the dexterity and luck of your Blacksmith, the more successful he will be at forging. While normal anvils will not improve your success rate, they are the easiest to obtain.

Instructions

  Go to Geffen City and purchase Anvils from Christopher. Christopher is located on the first floor of the Forge Shop at game coordinates (180,61).

  Defeat enemies that drop the Old Blue Box. When opened, these boxes award you with a random item, including the chance of getting an anvil. MVP bosses, such as Ifrit and Queen Scaraba, have a 50 percent and higher chance of dropping an Old Blue Box. Other enemies with a high drop rate include the Requiem, Mimic and Stormy Knight.

  Defeat enemies that drop the Old Purple Box. When opened, these boxes award you with a random item, including the chance of getting an anvil. The Sniper Shecil has a 90 percent chance of dropping an Old Purple Box and is the best enemy to hunt for those characters over level 99. Other enemies with a high drop rate include the Atroce, Vesper and Treasure Chest.

  Purchase anvils from fellow players. Character merchants on the streets of Prontera offer items for sale from other users, including anvils. Visit Prontera and browse the shops, until you find someone selling anvils at your preferred price. Price will vary by supplier and the server you play on.
