Neggs are a special type of food item in the "Neopets" online game. Feeding different Neggs to your pet can have various effects, from increasing or decreasing one or more of your pet's statistics to changing their gender, color or species. The Glamour Negg affects your pet's happiness and intelligence, and may also grant you an item.

Glamour Negg Effects
- Feeding your pet a Glamour Negg will increase its happiness, but also decrease its intelligence by one point. Additionally, you may receive a Gold Mirror, Gold Hair Brush or Shampoo item.
Past Effects
- Glamour Neggs used to have a low chance of granting a Blue Pteri Morphing Potion. However, this chance has since been removed; you may no longer obtain any kind of Morphing Potion by using a Glamour Negg.
Obtaining a Glamour Negg
- Glamour Neggs can be purchased from the Neggery shop at a cost of seven tokens each. You may also purchase Glamour Neggs from other players through the Trading Post, Auction House or Shop Wizard.
Considerations
- Feeding your pet a Glamour Negg can be a good way to increase its happiness if you can purchase one cheaply from other players and do not mind the loss in intelligence. On the other hand, there are better ways to spend Neggery tokens, such as Neggs that grant your pet various abilities or increase its stats with no downsides.
