Account Problems
Check to see if you received a warning or moderator action. If you received a warning, you may not be able to agree to the terms of service at the log-in page. Try using a different browser, such as the "Roblox" browser or Internet Explorer browser to log in.
Verify that you were not banned. Sometimes people get account bans and do not realize that a ban is in place. If your account was banned or blocked, you will see an error message stating that you do not have permission to access the area.
Contact the "Roblox" support team at [email protected] with your account user name and specify that you are unable to log in. A customer support agent will help you access your account if you were not banned. Support agents will also inform you of a ban and how long it is.
Technical Problems
Connecting to the game server can cause an error message to display on your computer. Common causes include firewalls and slow Internet connections. If you are using a wireless connection, plug your computer into the modem to see if the game will play.
Reconfigure your firewall if it is the problem. Go into your "Control Panel" to locate your firewall settings. Locate the "Program Permissions" tab. After you select "Program Permissions" look for the "Roblox" program under the tab titled "Program Names." Select "Allow" to let the program run without the firewall blocking it.
Connect with the correct browser. If you use Firefox or Opera, the game does not support the browsers yet and you will likely receive an error message. Open your game using the "Roblox Studio" browser or Internet Explorer.
Contact the customer support team if you are still unable to connect to the game. Email the support team at [email protected] and verify that you have tried using different browsers and reconfigured your firewall, but are still unable to get on to your game.
