How to Improve Runes of Magic Graphics

Runes of Magic is a fantasy-based massively multiplayer online role-playing game for the PC. It is a free-to-play game in which players can create a character to defeat monsters and complete various quests. The game has minimum graphical requirements to operate, though it is possible to change the graphics settings within the game to improve its visual effects. Increasing the graphics settings in the game can possibly cause the game to slow down, also increasing frame-rate lag.

Instructions

  Open the "Runes of Magic" game launcher and click the "Configuration" button in the left right of the launcher box.

  Click the "Video" tab and then click the "Resolution" drop-down box. Choose the setting furthest down on the list. This will increase the screen resolution the game uses.

  Move all of the slider bars under the "Character Detail" and "World Detail" sections to the right to increase those graphical effects.

  Check all of the boxes under the "Shadows," "Miscellaneous," and "Bloom" sections of the video settings.
