Press the "Reset" button on your wireless router. Wait 30 seconds and return to the "Roblox" game. Press the "Play" button. If the game loads, the problem likely arose from a slow connection. If the game fails to load, continue troubleshooting.
Place an Ethernet cable in your Ethernet port. Wait 30 seconds and return to the "Roblox" game. Press the "Play" button. If the game loads, the problem was probably because of a slow connection.
Open the menu of your browser and scroll to "Quit." Launch Internet Explorer, log in to your "Roblox" account, visit the game and press the "Play" button. If the game loads, the problem may have been an unsupported browser.
Configure your Norton firewall to allow the game to connect to game servers. Launch Norton Internet Security and click on the "Options" drop-down menu. Scroll to "Norton Internet Security" and press the "Personal Firewall" button. Highlight "Roblox," click on the drop-down menu and scroll to "Allow." Press the "Modify" button.
Configure a firewall other than Norton by clicking on the icon of your firewall program, located in the Control Panel or taskbar. Click on the "Program Permission" icon and look at the "Program Name" list. Locate "Roblox Game" and click on the "Permissions" drop-down menu. Scroll to "Allow" and press the "Add" button.
Visit the game and press the "Play" button. If the game loads, the problem may have been because of improper firewall settings. If the game fails to load, the problem exists within the game.
