How to Make Your Pet Ancient on Wizard 101

Most massively multiplayer online role-playing games allow players to have pets, and "Wizard101" is no different. When you first get a pet in "Wizard101," it will be an egg. After a few days, the egg will hatch into a Baby, which is the starting level for a pet. If you train the pet, it will move from Baby to Teen, from Teen to Adult and from Adult to Ancient. Each time your pet advances a level, it will learn a new Talent and Derby ability.

Instructions

  Obtain an egg in "Wizard101." When killed, some monsters will drop the egg of a Sea Dragon, Jade Oni, Storm Hound, Black Cat, Minotaur or Snow Serpent. You can also buy eggs from pet stores like the Crown Shop.

  Wait for the egg to hatch. Some eggs hatch after 5 minutes, while other eggs take more than 18 hours to hatch. The hatch time of an egg depends on the pet inside. Click on the pet from your inventory to equip it.

  Train your pet by playing the following games: Pet Dance, Pet Maze, Pet Drop and Pet Cannon. You can access these games by going to the Pet Pavilion and interacting with the mini-game sigils. The pet will gain experience points after every game.

  Feed your pet a snack after every mini-game. You can buy snacks with gold, or fight monsters or mobs for snacks. High-leveled bosses in the spiral drop quality snacks, which will boost your pet's stats and experience points. You can also grow plants in your "Wizard101" garden to get rare snacks.

  Continue to play mini-games and feed your pet snacks. You must fill your pet's experience bar three times to make it become an Ancient.
