How to Change the Color of Weapons in RuneScape

Withdraw a games necklace and your abyssal whip or dark bow from the bank. These are the only two weapons that can be painted different colors.

Right-click the games necklace and select "Barbarian Outpost" from the options that appear. Your character will animate and vanish, appearing at the Barbarian Outpost. This will consume one teleport charge from your games necklace.

Enter the Barbarian Assault building next to the teleport location.

Right-click Commander Connad, a non-player character on the ground floor of the Barbarian Assault building.

Select "Get-rewards" from the menu options, then click "Weapons" from the options at the top of the interface box.

Select from the Penance Egg Paint options. You can choose white, green, blue or yellow. Your weapon will automatically be changed to that color in exchange for 50 Honour Points in either attacker, defender, collector or healer. If you do not have 50 Honour Points, participate in the Barbarian Assault mini-game to earn more.
