Haunted Woods
Click "Explore" on the main menu bar located at the top of the screen. Click on "Haunted Woods" to enter the spooky Halloween land.
Click on "Deserted Fairground" at the top of the Haunted Woods. Click on "Spooky Food" to visit the food stall.
Select "Snorkle Snout" and click "OK" to haggle with the shopkeeper.
Type in the amount you wish to pay into the text box, and click on the image at the bottom of the screen to purchase the item. If the shopkeeper does not accept your offer, continue haggling with him until you can purchase the item.
Shop Wizard
Click "Shop Wizard" on the main menu bar at the top of the screen.
Type "Snorkle Snout" into the search box, and press "Search."
Click on the first shop shown in the search results to visit the shop. This is usually the shop that is selling the Snorkle Snout for the cheapest price on the Shop Wizard.
Click on the Snorkle Snout at the top of the shop's screen, and select "OK" to purchase it.
Spooky Treasure Map
Collect all nine pieces of the Spooky Treasure Map. Map pieces can be found through random events, purchased at user shops or obtained at the trading post.
Click "Games Room" on the main menu bar located at the top of the screen. Select "Puzzles" and click on "Treasure Maps."
Click "Spooky Map" to redeem your completed treasure map. You will receive approximately 10,000 Neopoints and nine random pieces of spooky food. Among these pieces, you may receive a Snorkle Snout.
