How to Start Rum Deal in 'Runescape'

"RuneScape" is an online role-playing game that lets players assume the role of a medieval fantasy adventurers. Over the course of their adventures, players will complete hundreds of quests, some of which they initiate with seedy characters. Rum Deal is a pirate quest, and the player must battle against zombies and ghostly machinery to get to his ultimate prize: the family sword of Pirate Pete. To start the quest, speak with Pete, who is standing at a remote dock north of Port Phasmatys.

     Travel to Port Phasmatys. It's in the northeastern corner of the main continent.

     Walk north of the main city and then past Ectofunctus. Eventually, you find the very northeast corner of the continent. Jutting out of this corner is a dock.

   • 3

     Walk onto the dock and speak with the man there. His name is Pirate Pete and he's looking for his family sword. Offer to help him and you'll initiate the quest Rum Deal.
