Instructions
Start the game and log into your account. Select your character to enter the game world.
Travel to Victoria Island if your character is not already there. If you travel to Victoria Island, you'll start in Six Path Crossway, which is in the center of the island.
Stand in front of the portal on the upper left of the screen (next to the sleeping cat sitting on the wall) in Six Path Crossway and then press "Up" on your keyboard to teleport. You will arrive in the Abandoned Construction Site area.
Walk all the way to the left while killing or avoiding the Octopuss and Orange Mushroom enemies. Use the portal in front of the telephone booth on the left of the screen to reach the next area.
Keep walking left, past the entrance to the thief training centrt. Kill the enemies along the way then pick up the coins they drop by pressing the "Z" key. You will need the cash for a train ticket.
Take the portal on the far left of the area to reach Kerning City. Walk all the way to the left of the city until you reach the subway station. Press "Up" in front of the portal next to it to enter.
Walk down the steps and then double left-click on Bell, the NLC staff member standing to the left of the screen. Left-click "New Leaf City" when asked if you want to buy a ticket for the subway. Click "Yes" when asked if you are sure. The ticket costs 5,000 mesos, and the train leaves every 10 minutes.
Walk to the right and then press "Up" in front of the portal next to the ticket gate. Left-click "New Leaf City" when asked for your destination. If you get a message stating that you have to wait for the next train, use the portal again in 10 minutes.
Wait for the train to depart once you are allowed to board it. After a minute on board it will start moving toward your destination. Walk up the steps and take the portal once the train arrives. You will automatically exit it and emerge in the town center of NLC.
