Making the Jukebox

  Launch "Minecraft" and choose "Survival" mode.

  Equip an iron pickax or create an iron pickax from two sticks and three iron ingots.

  Locate a cave or mine to farm diamonds. Look for blocks with blue bubbles or teardrops inside, which symbolize diamonds.

  Walk up to the block and left-click a few times until the block bursts. Little blue diamonds explode from the block. Pick up the diamonds, which go into your inventory.

  Exit the mine or cave and go to your crafting area. You need a crafting bench.

  Press "B" to open your inventory. Place eight wood boxes in all crafting slots except the center box.

  Place a diamond in the center box. The jukebox appears on the right. Click-and-drag your new jukebox down to an open inventory slot.

Playing Music

  Open your map and look for moss stone blocks. Find dungeons among moss stone and cobblestone blocks. Once near an area of moss stone, press the "F" key and look for flames from a mob spawner.

  Walk toward the dungeon. Equip a sword or other weapon to fight the mobs in the dungeon. You also need at least 10 torches.

  Walk to the center of the dungeon around the mob spawner and start dropping torches to light up the room. Fight the mobs as they spawn. Once you light up the room, the mob stops spawning. Kill the last remaining mobs.

  Find the dungeon chest in the room once you defeat the mobs. Break apart the chest block and find your treasure. Hopefully, you find a record to play in your jukebox. Continue finding dungeons and chests until a record drops.

  Drop the jukebox from your inventory to the ground. Equip a record. Right-click the jukebox to hear music.
