Obtaining Linen Cloth
Linen cloth is the lowest level of cloth available in "World of Warcraft." The easiest way of obtaining linen cloth is to kill low-level humanoid creatures; you may also find some linen cloth in chests or while fishing, although this is a more rare occurrence.
Uses for Linen Cloth
Linen cloth is a required ingredient in some low-level patterns for several different professions. Blacksmithing requires linen cloth to craft rough weightstones, copper axes, copper maces and copper shortswords. Engineering requires linen cloth to craft coarse and rough dynamite, rough copper bombs and copper modulators. The first aid profession allows you to turn linen cloth into linen bandages. Lastly, tailors can turn linen cloth into bolts of linen cloth.
Obtaining Bolts of Linen Cloth
The easiest way of obtaining bolts of linen cloth is by crafting them with the tailoring profession; two pieces of linen cloth are required for each bolt. After linen cloth is bolted it cannot be unbolted. You may also be able to find bolts of linen cloth in chests or by fishing.
Uses for Bolts of Linen Cloth
Bolts of linen cloth are used in all tailoring projects up to a skill of 80. If your character is a tailor, you can use bolts of linen cloth to create items of clothing such as shirts, robes, vests, boots, pants, gloves, cloaks and bracers, as well as small bags.
