How Do You Get to the Scorpion Pit on Poptropica?

Enter the Minotaur's maze and accept Athena's gift of a magic golden thread.

Go right and jump up the shaft slightly onto the right ledge. Stop at the edge of the ledge. Hold your cursor to the right of the screen beyond the wall and jump over the gap and over the wall to the next area. If you accidentally drop down into the gap, jump up and right to scale the wall.

Move right and jump up and to the right to grab the chain. Climb down the shaft on the chain. Turn left and go down another shaft on a chain through the narrow gap below to the bottom.

Turn right, jump down to the first short ledge and jump down to the ledge below it. Jump down again, go right and jump up and to the left. Climb up the shaft on the chain.

Jump left onto a ledge. Jump up and right onto another ledge. Go right, jump up and to the right ledge, then jump up and to the right again to find the Ghost of Pan.

Speak with Pan to learn more about the maze. When finished, jump above his head through the gap to the ledge on the right. This ledge contains the column with the bone letters.

Click the bones and wait for the screen to update. It will show you a piece of parchment with bones on it and this puzzle to solve: "Fifteen bones of ancient men. Take back six and still leave ten." To solve the puzzle, take away six of the bones so the remaining bones spell the word "TEN."

Trace the finger on the hand-shaped cursor along the length of each of the six bones that do not belong. As you trace a bone, it will disappear. When you're finished, the column will rise into the ceiling.

Go right, climb down the chain and jump down the two short ledges to the bottom of the shaft. Go left, jump up and to the left, then jump up to the ledge on the left.

Climb down the chain in the next shaft and go right. Jump down, go left, jump down, go right and jump down through the gap onto the short ledge below. If you navigated the maze correctly, you will find yourself above the Scorpion Pit.
