How to Open Set Boxes on RuneScape

Set boxes on RuneScape make it easy for sellers to bundle items together for exchange. When a player receives a set box, the character receives all of the items in that box. The box remains sealed until the player opens the set box to remove all of the items. Opening a set box is a task performed by your character in the Grand Exchange, located in the northwest corner of Varrock.

Instructions

  Travel to the city of Varrock with your character. Alternatively, use a Ring of Wealth to teleport directly to the Grand Exchange.

  Head to the northwest corner of the city. Your map shows the area as a large, circular stone path. This is the Grand Exchange.

  Enter the Grand Exchange and walk up to one of the Grand Exchange clerks. Right-click on the clerk to begin the transaction.

  Select the "Sets" option from the clerk's menu and then unpack the set. The items in the set will enter your inventory.
