How to Catch a Tigon on Monster Galaxy

"Monster Galaxy" is a Facebook game developed in the style of "Pokemon" by Gaia Online. The aim is to become a Moga Tamer and capture Mogas by defeating them in battle. Tigons are uncommon Mogas that are difficult to find and even more difficult to capture. Knowing a Moga's stats is essential before attempting to capture it. This helps you decide what Mogas and battle tactics to use. The Tigon's statistics are Zodiac: Gemini; Class: Striker; Attack: 3; Defense: 1; Rarity: Uncommon; Physical Attack: Bodyslam; Upgraded Physical Attack: Piledriver.

  Finish map 1 then go to Wyndhym Town Square. You are given the quest for Cortex Shell. Finish map 2 and go to Cortex Shell. Cortex Shell is a medium-level location where Tigon hides. Find Tigon while walking around Cortex Shell. In order to complete the quest, you need to have reached level 19, and it is advisable to use 2 buffants and 1 knightaur to defeat Tigon.

  Fight Tigon. You have two options: to defeat or capture Tigon. If you choose to defeat him, your Moga gains experience points. If you choose to capture him, you gain a new Moga but no experience points.

  Use your strongest and most experienced Mogas to fight Tigon. To win a battle against a stronger Moga, use more than one Moga. Use your strongest Moga first, and battle your opponent until the Moga has only a few points left. At this stage, send in a weaker Moga to finish your opponent off. If the opposing Moga is particularly high level then you can try this trick with three Mogas, but use your weakest Moga first and finish the opposing Moga off with your strongest Moga. The experience points that you earn are spread out across all your Mogas. If you want the points to go to your weakest Moga to help him level up, then send in your weakest Moga at the last minute and use your lower-left attack.

  Use HP potions to restore health. Regardless of the level or strength of your monster, you need to keep an eye on the health of your Moga. A Moga's health decreases during battles, and it isn't able to fight other battles until its health replenishes. You can use HP potions to restore your Moga's health. They work on only one Moga, and they can be used only on a conscious Moga. There are four different potions: 40, 100, 250 and 500 HP. They can be bought in the sky shop for Moga Cash or obtained from friends as gifts.
