How to Get Your Penguin Unbanned

On Disney "Club Penguin," also known simply as CP, a moderator will ban a Penguin account when an account holder breaks the "Club Penguin" rules by bullying other players, swearing, discussing taboo topics such as alcohol, drugs or sex, asking for or sharing personal information or cheating. In addition, a player can report another player for breaking the rules and request a ban. Depending on the offense, a ban can last 24 hours, 72 hours or forever. If you feel a ban was undeserved, you can try to get unbanned by appealing to "Club Penguin" Support.

Instructions

    • 1

Click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of your "Club Penguin" account screen.

    • 2

Select the option that best matches your account situation. If you don't have a "Club Penguin" membership, select "General Support Questions." If you have a membership, select "Billing/Membership Questions."

    • 3

Fill out the Web email form with your name, contact number, country, email address and Penguin name as well as the reason you feel the moderator shouldn't have issued the ban. If you believe your account was hacked, include details about it -- for example, your younger or older sibling stole or found your password and then used inappropriate language on your account to get you banned on purpose.

    • 4

Click "Submit" to send the email. A confirmation screen will appear.

    • 5

Wait for a response from the Club Penguin Support Team. A reply can take up to two business days. Check your email inbox and spam folder regularly during this time.
