How to Beat the Person That Has the Ticket for the Submarine in Poptropica

The Loch Ness monster, the Jersey devil and other mysterious creatures appear on Cryptids Island in the online game "Poptropica." You compete for a million-dollar prize against other monster hunters trying to find proof that these creatures exist. When your first snapshot of the Loch Ness monster, taken from a rowboat, turns out to be a bunch of tires, you decide to take a submarine to hunt for the creature. A man in the local pub holds the submarine ticket you need, and you have to beat him at a game of darts to win the ticket.

Instructions

  Speak to the two men in the pub on Loch Ness to trigger the dart game.

  Place your mouse cursor over a dart and click on it to pick it up.

  Move the dart over the dart board and aim it at the center bull's-eye. The dart sways and shakes on its own, so it may take a little time to position it where you want it.

  Click and hold the mouse button when the dart is pointed at the bull's-eye.

  Pull the mouse straight back toward you about the length of a dart and release the button to let the dart fly. Don't angle the dart to the left or right or up or down, and don't pull it back so far that any part of the dart disappears off the bottom of the screen.

  Throw your two remaining darts, aiming for the bull's-eye each time. Beat the pub patron's total score to earn the submarine ticket.
