How to Have Lap Plows on Farm Town

"Farm Town" is a Facebook game that allows you to build up your own farm, keep a range of animals and grow your own crops. While playing the game, one of the things you can do is lap your plowing fields. This is where you have two plowed fields on top of each other, creating a cross-hatch effect on your farm. Although this does not allow you to plant two lots of crops on your field, it is a fun thing to try to do.

Instructions

  Open up your Internet browser. Click on the address bar and enter the address for "Facebook."

  Log in to your Facebook account and click on the "Farm Town" application to load up the game. You will find this application on the left side of your homepage.

  Click on the "Connected" button in the top right corner of the screen and select the green tick to take the farm offline.

  Open up a new browser tab and open up "Farm Town" on the new browser window. Click on the connected button and select the green tick again to take the farm offline.

  Open up the first browser. Click on the "Plow" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. Plow the area of the field you would like to have lapped plowed areas in. Click on the "Save Pending Changes" button in the top right corner of the screen. Close the first browser window.

  Open up the second browser window. Plow the same area that you have previously plowed but this time you will be plowing it on the farm in the second browser window. When you plow the field, plow it so that it is slightly to the right of where you originally plowed the first field. This will allow you to see the difference in the plowed areas. Click on the "Save Pending Changes" in the top right corner. Press "F5" on your keyboard to refresh the page. You will now have two overlapping layers of plowed fields.
