How to Host a DotaCash Clan Game

DotaCash is an online game hosting service for "DotA," or "Defense of the Ancients." Players are allowed to sign up and register with DotaCash and then queue up to host a game online. This allows players to easily host and control games to play with friends or set up clan matches. To host a DotaCash game, you must register an account with DotaCash and validate your "Warcraft III" account.

Instructions

  Create an account with DotaCash at their website.

  Sign in to your DotaCash account and follow the instructions provided by DotaCash to validate your battle.net account.

  Log in to battle.net and click "Join Channel" and type in "clan cash" to enter the DotaCash channel.

  Type "!pub gamename" or "!priv gamename" to either request a public or private game. Keep the game name short. Your game will be hosted immediately if a bot is available or you will be placed in queue to wait until a bot begins hosting.

  Wait in the DotaCash channel until a bot announces that your game is being created. Join the created game and the bot will spoofcheck.

  Recreate the game by type "!pub newgamename," the new game name should properly advertise the game type and mode. Include "DotaCash" in the title of the new game.

  Invite friends or clan members to join the new game, or wait for it to fill with random players.
