How Do You Sell in Gaia?

On the social gaming site, "Gaia Online," players create avatars, or virtual selves, to represent their online personas. The website features message boards, games and a marketplace. A variety of items are available in the marketplace, including clothing and accessories, which alter the appearance of your avatar. At any time, you may sell an item from your inventory through the marketplace. The marketplace allows you to place an item up for auction, sale or both.

     Click the "Shops" tab.

     Click "Marketplace."

     Move your mouse over the downward pointing arrow between the "Marketplace" and "Premium Items" links.

     Click "Sell an Item."

     Click on the item you wish to sell from your inventory.

   • 6

     Select an auction duration, listing type, quantity, buy now price, starting bid and bid increment amount.

     Click "Next."

   • 8

     Enter your password and click "Next." The item will now be listed for sale.
